Upstate Empire Fitness first opened it’s doors to the public on September 1, 2018.

Upstate Empire Fitness is a 15,000 square foot facility with an open floor plan and large studio which is utilized for group training, training and nutrition seminars as well as a stretching/mobility area. The gym houses above industry standard strength and cardio equipment and is the home of world renowned Les Mills™ group training.

Upstate Empire Fitness has found a way to take fitness and personal training to the next level by combining their already successful virtual training and nutrition company with a more personal one-on-one service to maximize results. The coaches can now film and evaluate exercise execution by pre-recording or hosting live training sessions in person or through virtual demos.
